Wisconsin - Jessse Cudd, River Falls, uses a leg ride to control Shawano's Brett Stamper in the 140 lb. finals of the Wisconsin State Individual Tournament held at the University of Wisconsin. Cudd went on to claim the title with an 8-1 decision.
