In this 4A, 145 lb. bout, Bell pinned Sean McGovern of Irmo as he dominated the state tournament. With over 100 wins in his career, Bell will also challenge the state victories record.

Kevin Black of River Falls, Wisconsin uses a high crotch attack on his way to the 168th victory without a loss and his fourth wisconsin State Championship. Kevin decisioned Jay Heal of D.C Everest High School 13-4. Black became the first four-time division I champion in Wisconsin history with the win.
