Editors Note: For the first time in its 37-year history, two brothers met in the finals of the Midlands championships. Bill Zadick, a former national champion from Iowa, and Mike Zadick a current Hawkeye wrestler advanced to the 149 lb. finals. They wanted to wrestle each other, but after meeting with mom and dad they decided not to wrestle the finals. They were named as co-champs. |
