From 2000 to 2005 back issues are $8.00 each plus the cost of postage.
From 1990 to 1999 back issues are $12.00 each plus the cost of postage.
From 1980 to 1989 back issues are $16.00 each plus the cost of postage.
From 1970 to 1979 back issues are $20.00 each plus the cost of postage.
From 1965 to 1969 back issues are $24.00 each plus the cost of postage.
