I first began wrestling at the age of 11 wrestling for the Harvey Twisters wrestling club under the leadership of Coach Quintroy Harrell. My accomplishments were placing 6th place my first year. After seeing the honors and parade of champions it inspired me to perfection. I earned 1st place the following 3 years of my grammar school career. Some highlights of my career include finishing runner-up in my freshmen year at Fargo Junior National Freestyle Tournament at 140 lb. weight class and placing 1st my junior year in the 145 lb. weight class. My current high school record stands at 197-4. I am a 4-time high school state champ at St. Rita High School under the leadership of coach Dan Carroll. I am highly motivated in wrestling because it's a contact sport and in keeping up with great wrestlers before my time inspires me to be as good as or even better than them. When watching wrestling Olympiads as their hand is raised for winning the gold I can picture myself being there. To become the best requires mental and physical sharpness and self-discipline.

Advancing into adulthood, I plan on attending the University of Illinois in hope of earning a degree in sports management. At this point, with my love for wrestling, I can't foresee any alternate major at this time. My greatest ambition is to become known as Albert White winning the gold for USA and giving back what was given to me.
